Just off the A926 between Rattray and Alyth, to the north side of the road, about 100m into a field. Parking can be a bit dodgy as it's a fast little road and there's not much in the way of options.
Canmore states: "This standing stone is situated on a low knoll 300m SE of Drumend steading; it measures 0.9m E-W by 0.6m and 1.6m in height. The stone is broader and thicker on its upper half and is presently surrounded by field clearance." It also features a few farm machinery scrapes. No significant markings, but quite a nice view to the south.
