The western stone

The eastern stone

Visited 13/11/02. This is just off the A9 north of Luncarty - the Tullybelton turn-off at Newmill. Then take the first left and follow the road up to Gellybanks farm. I would park here (ask permission to visit the stones) unless you have a serious 4WD vehicle - the track is a real sump-ripper, and was very muddy after all the rain recently.

Aligned roughly NE-WS, two stones of quartzose schist, about 8-10 inches apart, both just over 3 ft tall. No markings as such but bonny patterned rocks, both of them.
